Job Description

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats related to financial services.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, loan or credit card applications, payment processing, and dispute resolution.
  • Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services.
  • Verify client identity and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or appropriate departments when needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Document and update customer records in the system accurately.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role (financial account experience is an advantage).
