Customer Service Representative (On-Site)
Location: Moorestown, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (first 3–4 weeks)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Contract Length: 6 months (with potential for extension)

Responsibilities
+ Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers
+ Assist with sales order support for installation projects
+ Follow up on open service requests and create new ones as needed
+ Support billing and payment inquiries
