Job Description

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Others or equivalent
• Preferably 6months to 1year experienced employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent

Branch Customer Relations Specialist Function:

• Customer-Related Transactions- end to end support for customers with loan inquiries, requests, and complaints handling.
• Internal and External customer relations handling.
• Handling customer engagement on retention related initiatives.
• Front line handling of customers visiting the branch or Head Office.
• Facilitate and participate in Customer Relations Management related activities and functions.
• May provide reports related to CRM handling.
