**Customer Service Representative – Top Optical Retailer | $17/hr | Remote (Mason, OH Area Only)**

**Location:** Remote (Must live within 1 hour of Mason, OH and pick up equipment onsite)
**Pay Rate:** $17/hour
**Training:** Paid, Virtual, August 17 – September 4 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)
**Shift Information**
+ Department staffed Mon-Fri, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
+ Final shift assigned during training: Options range from 9:00 am–5:00 pm or 9:30 am–6:00 pm.

+ Deliver multi-channel support (phone, chat, email, social media, mail) to customers.
+ Resolve service and support issues, escalating as needed.
