The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for inbound inquiries while also assisting with outbound communication and order-related tasks. On-Site Monday-Friday

• Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism, providing timely and accurate information related to services and account needs.
• Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, clarify details, and support resolution of customer concerns.
• Enter service orders and customer information into internal systems with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
