  • Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries and purchases.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally.
  • Offer product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
  • Process sales transactions and handle billing or warranty issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer products and technology.
  • Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems
