Job Description
We have an outstanding Contract position for aCustomer Service Representativeto join a leading Company located in theLancaster, NYsurrounding area.
Pay Rate: $28-$29
Job Responsibilities:
+ Order Management - Process new orders, changes, cancellations, and expedite requests for aftermarket spares and repair services.
+ Customer Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; provide timely updates on lead times, delays, quality holds, and shipping status.
+ RMA & Warranty Coordination - Initiate and track RMAs, warranty evaluations, and repair orders; communicate inspection findings and final dispositions.
+ Issue Resolution - Investigate shortages, shipment errors, quality concerns, and production delays; collaborate with planning, quality, engineering, and logistics teams.
