Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via inbound calls and chats
- Resolve customer issues and escalations
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass

- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable with rotational and night shifts
Salary
- Base Salary CTC: ₹17,000/month
- In-hand: ₹13,000/month
- Statutory Bonus: Approx. ₹2,000/month
