Customer Service Representative – Insurance Account (Night Shift | Onsite)

We are currently hiring dedicated and customer-focused individuals for an Insurance Account. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with BPO experience who are looking to grow their career in the insurance industry.

Qualifications:

• Senior High School Graduate
• At least 1 year of generic BPO experience (any line of business)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite
• Amenable to working night shift schedules

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries related to insurance services
• Provide accurate information regarding policies, coverage, billing, and other account concerns
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client guidelines
