*Training Schedule - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (CST)
Job Duties:
This position handles inbound customer service calls. Provides timely, effective and professional responses to a variety of customer inquiries while consistently ensuring delivery of exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
+ Identify the customer's needs, suggest products and services.
+ Maintains and modifies customer records, utilizing various databases to verify and retrieve data while responding to order inquiries, placing new and /or re-orders.
+ Resolves product or service problems by selecting the appropriate action to expedite the immediate resolution while delivering optimal customer experience.
