Role Overview

Hype is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Toronto team.

This position focuses on client relations and account management , where you will serve as a key point of contact for customers while supporting the growth and retention of client accounts.

This is a face-to-face, customer-facing role and does not involve call center or telemarketing responsibilities.
