As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll handle customer queries across channels and workclosely with our warehouse team to ensure seamless order processing, dispatch, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and social media
2. Resolve order-related concerns (shipping, returns, exchanges, delays)
3. Coordinate daily with the warehouse team for order status, dispatches, and escalations
4. Ensure accurate tracking updates and proactive communication with customers
5. Handle COD, prepaid, and refund-related queries
6. Maintain a smooth post-purchase experience for all customers
