Responsibilities
- Assist customers through all phases of booking, flight check‑in and boarding and deplaning processes in accordance with our Customer Service policies, company procedures, and safety and regulatory processes.
- Ensure the safe movement of passengers to and from aircraft, providing additional assistance when required.
