In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain strong working relationships and communication directly with the customers and inter-company personnel to confirm production/shipping schedules and ensure on-time deliveries
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
