What You’ll Do

• Answer customer questions received by telephone, email or fax about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms.
• Generate and issue quotations based on the customers’ requirements.
• Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customer needs, product specifications and applicable regulations.
• Set up an internal relationship with nominated key account customers, becoming their company liaison person.
