Customer Service Representative

Who We Are Looking For

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Rep. You will be focusing on ensuring that our customers end up with great service and quality products at the right time.

What you’ll do

• Answer customer questions received by telephone, email or fax about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms.
• Generate and issue quotations based on the customers’ requirements.
• Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customer needs, product specifications and applicable regulations.
• Set up an internal relationship with nominated key account customers, and become their company liaison person.
• Contact customers in relation to orders and delivery status – follow the order through to delivery.
