Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or account-related concerns.
  • Process orders, refunds, or requests efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, and response time.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (or other required languages).
