Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or account-related concerns.
- Process orders, refunds, or requests efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, and response time.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role (preferred).
