Customer Service Representative (Contract)
Location: 941 Avenida Acaso, Camarillo, CA 93012
Schedule: 8-hour shift (start time between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
Duration: 3–6 Month Contract

This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, call-center environment and has experience handling high-volume customer interactions, order processing, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and e-commerce platforms

+ Process customer orders, returns, and repair requests accurately in ERP systems

+ Enter and track purchase orders, ensuring timely coordination with shipping and production teams

+ Generate and send paper and electronic invoices to customers
