Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Outbound Patient Coordinator
Location: Remote Latin America Preferred
Type of Contract: Full-Time
Salary Range: $900 - $1,100 USD/month
Language Requirements: English fluency required
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with experience in outbound patient coordination to join our growing team. You will play a key role in contacting patients for dental cleanings and managing appointment scheduling. Your work will directly impact patient retention and overall satisfaction at JJ Dental.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 60+ outbound calls per day to patients due or overdue for dental hygiene appointments using Dentrix Ascend.
Schedule appointments directly in the practice management system.
Follow up on patient callback requests within 24 hours.
Maintain accurate logs of call activity, appointments scheduled, and call outcomes.
Achieve daily and weekly productivity goals, maintaining detailed repor...
