Customer Service Representative

Our client, a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and computer skills, and the ability to multi-task, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

**Location:** Albert Lea, MN

**Pay Range:** $18-$22 an hour, depending on experience

**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

+ Providing customer service to clients
+ Processing various service transactions
+ Supporting agents with day-to-day tasks
+ Phone coverage backup
+ Making Home/Auto insurance changes as requested

**What's Needed?**

+ Strong computer skills
+ Prior customer service experience
