:Position Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, Order Management, you will serve as a key expert within our EMEA Customer Service organization. You will manage complex order‑to‑cash activities, represent the Customer Service function in cross‑functional initiatives, and act as the first line of support for system, process, and SAP‑related topics.
Your role ensures flawless order execution, drives process excellence, and strengthens collaboration between Customer Service, Sales, IT, Supply Chain and OPEX.
