RESPONSIBILITIES
First point of contact for all customers face to face, email and over the phone. Keying customer orders, drawing of flashings and processing supplier purchase orders in our point-of-sale system.Communicating with customers in relation to missing information or answer queriesCreating of job packs for other departments for manufacturing, picking slips and delivery dockets.
