Call Centre and Customer Service
Customer Service Officer – SAP 
$37.13 per hour casual rate

Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

3 to 6 month project

Smithfield Location
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with call centre or outbound call experience to join a large FMCG for 3-6 months. This is a project for a product recall, so it’s not sales, just following up on a database and updating information. This is a great opportunity for a CSO who is looking to be part of a professional team. This role is to start ASAP.

 The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards: 
Previous experience in a call centre environment, with the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism

Support and collaboration to the greater Customer Service Team
