Role Purpose

Handling daily operations at check in counter and departure gate as per SLA.

Key Accountability

• Provide highest customer service standards.
• Compliance to safety, security & regulatory procedures.
• Ensuring on time performance and baggage requirements.
• Ensuring travel document and visa requirement are adhered to.
• Ensure sufficient resources as per customer airlines SLA.

0-2 years, Relevant Ground Handling experience.

Skills & Knowledge

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
