Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their printing needs, provide product recommendations and answering inquiries.
- Provide consultation to clients and ensure a pleasant experience with the company.
- Manage online customer orders via email or chat, ensuring timely responses and order fulfillments.
- Maintain positive and effective communication with related parties.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (email, office, and order management systems).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good attitude: Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with less supervision.
