We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is fluent in Korean and English to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and supporting Korean-speaking customers, coordinating transport activities, and ensuring excellent customer service in line with company standards.
