Job Description

Able to accept 5.5 working days with 2 shift (off day will be on weekday or weekend) - No midnight shift

Job Scopes:

  1. 通过热线、邮件、及时联系工具解决客户疑问、获取客户 信息
  2. 回应客户投诉已达到较高的客户满意度
  3. 用内部系统提交客户投诉
  4. 回访投诉客户并提供解决方案
  5. 回复客户在社交媒体的相关疑问
  6. 向大客户提供 VIP 服务,并维护客户关系

Requirements:

  1. Diploma and above in any field
  2. Min 1 - 2 years of CS related working experiences.
  3. Logistics/ Manufacturing or BPO background is highly preferable
  4. Mandarin speaking is highly preferable
  5. Applicable for Malaysian only
  6. Mandarin speaker are preferable to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Salary package will base on the interview performance and related working experiences.
