Job Description
Full-time role for a Customer Service Lead /3PL in the San Diego Metropolitan Area or Tijuana Baja California area.
( It is Not a Call Center).
The Customer Service Lead is our founding member for customer support.
Tasked with overseeing daily customer support and operational support tasks, high customer satisfaction levels, and effective phone/ written etiquette.
Responsibilities include resolving customer service tickets + working cross function support with all departments to elevating the customer journey pre and post sale.
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience enhancement
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize to resolve customer concerns and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and WMS systems.
- A background in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain management is a plus
