Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure customer’s orders are processed & reply in a timely and accurately manner. To attend customer inquiry and complaints via phone call and email.
- Issue Confirmation Booking
- Manage bookings/shipments including other modes of transport.
- Liaise with Carrier/ NVOCC/ Consolidator/ Transporters/ Haulier to ensure smooth delivery of cargo
- Preparation of all import/ export shipment documents such as Delivery Order, Authorization Letter, Bill of Ladings, etc.
- Generate sales lead to local team for further developments
- Monitor & Maintain Weekly Vessel Schedule
- Ensure no additional cost (example: Storage, Demurrage, Removal & Detention)
- Ensure no gaps and all processes are always ahead of time
