Customer Service, Export Specialist LATAM
In this role, you are the main point of contact for customer support.
You will provide excellent customer service to external customers and distribution partners, using your knowledge of business, product, and order processes.
You will collaborate with departments such as supply chain, logistics, and quality to support sales and customers, meeting their expectations and improving customer satisfaction for the business's profitability.
Responsibilities
Manage the end‐to‐end order process from entry to cash, specialized for ocean and air shipment.
Handle all export documentation, including Incoterms, proforma invoices, booking notifications, draft BOL, consignee information, certificates of origin, packing lists, certificates of analysis, global track and trace, airway bill, telex release, and more.
