Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to manage customer communications, process orders, resolve issues, and support office administration in a fast-paced SME environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media to provide timely and accurate information
  • Process customer orders, prepare quotations, and conduct follow-ups to ensure order completion
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly to maintain satisfaction
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage deliveries, orders, and service requests efficiently
  • Perform daily office administrative duties including scheduling and managing office supplies
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and maintain accurate documentation for business transactions
