Customer Service Executive - Solar PV & Client Relations

Solarvest Holdings Bhd in Penang is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while supporting solar PV system monitoring and issue resolution.

You will collaborate with internal teams, prepare quotations, maintain records, and build long-term client relationships. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; Mandarin is a plus. An engineering background is an advantage.
