Position Overview

Customer Service Executive – 6 month assignment based in Winnersh.

Hours & Rate

Hours: 8:30 am–4:30 pm or 9 am–5 pm, rotating weekly.

Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the CRM team to complete daily tasks in line with SLAs.
  • Make inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries.
  • Collaborate with the Service Complaints team to resolve any issues.
  • Take ownership of learning products to help customers further.
