Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers.
- Assist with product inquiries and troubleshoot common issues.
- Communicate with authorized service centers across Malaysia.
- Update customers on repair statuses and assist with inquiries via WhatsApp.
- Manage logistics for incoming machines (for servicing and repairs) and handle packaging and tracking.
- Conduct online warranty registrations.
- Participate in company events, such as warehouse sales, when needed.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma Cert.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Malay Language.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Language is an advantage
- Fast learner, self-disciplined, adaptable, and Independent.
