Job Description:

  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers.
  • Assist with product inquiries and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Communicate with authorized service centers across Malaysia.
  • Update customers on repair statuses and assist with inquiries via WhatsApp.
  • Manage logistics for incoming machines (for servicing and repairs) and handle packaging and tracking.
  • Conduct online warranty registrations.
  • Participate in company events, such as warehouse sales, when needed.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma Cert.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Malay Language.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Language is an advantage
  • Fast learner, self-disciplined, adaptable, and Independent.
