Challenger Technologies Limited is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. Reporting directly to the General Manager - Customer Experience, the incumbent will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery. Working days: Monday to Sunday (5 Days Work Week) Working time: 11.00am to 9.30pm Responsibilities: Attend to walk-in customers, addressing VEW and inquiries. Perform basic diagnoses of device faults. Conduct product testing and manage exchanges. Assist with first-time product setup. Apply screen protectors. Handle SingSaver redemptions. Resolve product issues encountered by customers after sales Requirements: Experience in customer service Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries.
