Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately in ERP system.
- Monitor order status and ensure on‑time fulfilment.
- Handle order changes, cancellations, and expedite requests.
- Support Sales PIC for assigned customers.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding order status, shipment, and billing enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
- Generate shipping documents and ensure billing accuracy.
- Support credit note/debit note processing.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator/Customer Service in a similar industry.
- Knowledge in Oracle is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Meticulous with a positive working attitude.
- Independent and must have initiative and responsibility.
