Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders accurately in ERP system.
  • Monitor order status and ensure on‑time fulfilment.
  • Handle order changes, cancellations, and expedite requests.
  • Support Sales PIC for assigned customers.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding order status, shipment, and billing enquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
  • Generate shipping documents and ensure billing accuracy.
  • Support credit note/debit note processing.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator/Customer Service in a similar industry.
  • Knowledge in Oracle is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Meticulous with a positive working attitude.
  • Independent and must have initiative and responsibility.
