Job Description

Overseeing and ensure cancelled invoices are updated into the DMS system

To deliver all tasks assigned on time with accuracy

Stock-take on every end month

Overseeing cancellation of sales return, empty return and invoice cancellation

Overseeing and ensure empty return are keyed into the DMS system

Backend office backup for key the Beer account customer in DMS for those customer fax PO

Monitor and follow up on all unreturned invoices issued for delivery, ensuring timely return with proper chop and signature

Maintain an organized packing list system and ensure all invoices are properly matched with packing lists upon completion of delivery

Fully in-charge for key in order at Accpac for Liquor Customer

Responsible Monthly submission for CMSB claim

Overseeing and ensure Rebate Voucher are keyed into DMS

Responsible for the daily monitor the SO approval status and invoice integration in between Acc...
