Job Description

Elevate customer satisfaction as a Customer Service Coordinator for Transcription Services. Collaborate with physicians, prioritize inquiries, and resolve service challenges while ensuring quality delivery.

This role reports to the Regional Service Manager and calls for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will forge strong relationships, mediate conflicts, and champion educational programs on dictation practices. Your key responsibilities include creating tools to measure customer satisfaction and enhancing communication between end-users and vendors.
