Be the first point of contact for homeowners, managing post-completion customer care.

Handle customer enquiries and provide regular progress updates.

Coordinate inspections and remedial works with contractors and internal teams.

Monitor outstanding works and escalate issues where needed.

Maintain accurate records using CRM and defect management systems.

Produce reports and support continuous service improvement.
