As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be the link between customers, internal teams, and operational systems—ensuring issues are resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally. This role combines hands-on administration, customer communication, and system-based processing in SAP, with a strong focus on service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

You’ll contribute to keeping freight moving, customers informed, and service standards high across every step of the return and issue-resolution process
