The Opportunity:

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing business based in Dandenong South to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive team where you’ll play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating with production and dispatch, and ensuring customers receive a high level of service from enquiry through to delivery.

The Role:

• Processing customer orders accurately from entry through to dispatch and delivery
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Liaising with warehouse, production, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly
• Providing customers with order updates, ETAs, and delivery information
