Job Description

Customer Service Consultant - eduFOCUS has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant to join our growing, diverse and friendly team! The position is a full-time permanent role, which will be office-based in Woodbridge, Suffolk and will focus on providing ‘first point of contact’ for existing and prospective clients.

Competitive Salary:£25,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent position, office based only.
Holiday: 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

About the role

As our Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for existing and prospective clients, providing friendly and efficient support via telephone and email.
