Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries and issues related to the Timo app
- Handle user complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring resolution within defined service-level timelines
- Provide accurate information and guidance to users regarding app features, policies, and account-related issues
- Prepare daily customer service reports and document handled cases to ensure smooth handovers between shifts
