Customer Service Assistant – NorthLink Ferries (Stromness Ferry Terminal)
Location: NorthLink Ferries, Stromness Ferry Terminal, Stromness, Orkney KW16 3BH.
Working hours: 16 hours per week, Monday–Sunday, four evening shifts 2000‑2400.
Salary: £12,924.65 per annum plus benefits.
Eligibility: Must be over the age of 18.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic team based in Stromness. Working in our busy terminal, you’ll be part of our Customer Service team, who work hard to provide a high-quality service to customers within one of Transport’s flagship contracts NorthLink Ferries.
Responsibilities
- Make reservations by telephone, email, and in person.
- Assist with check‑in and boarding of passengers.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain standards.
