Customer Service Assistant Manager

Aetrex, Inc., one of the Top 100 privately held companies in New Jersey, is looking for a talented customer service professional to join We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager who is proactive, quick to learn, and able to think critically to resolve unexpected challenges in real time.

The ideal candidate will:

• Maintain a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy working with people
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction with excellent communication skills
• Have 3+ years of experience in customer/client support, including both B2B and B2C environments, as well as supporting internal sales teams
• Possess 3+ years of team management experience, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and handling performance management and disciplinary actions
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and confidently manage time-sensitive escalations
