Job Description

•Manage and oversee export cargo operations including FCL and LCL consol, air shipment, and CFS operations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with shippers, carriers, and overseas’ counterparts and overseas buyers.
• Manage and monitor team to perform the tasks and timely update shipment visibility status to meet customers’ SOP & KPIs and ensure smooth operation with no failure.
• Take short term assignment to travel and work overseas in Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and/or Bangladesh as short-term assignment.
• Weekly report to CSV manager for team’s productivity and outstanding/pending booking/service failures.
