The Position
Applications are invited for an Apprentice In our Customer Service based at our ReFood, Doncaster site. This is a full time, permanent, position working 40 hours per week.
As an Apprentice in Customer Service, your duties and responsibilities will be varied in support of the existing team and will include developing skills and knowledge in the following areas-
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries via telephone, email and post.
- Support the Customer Service, Commercial and Logistics teams with a range of administrative tasks.
- Assist with maintaining accurate customer records and updating customer databases.
- Support the management of customer accounts while developing an understanding of customer account administration.
- Support the processing and reconciliation of CA1 documentation.
