Customer Service Agent with Norwegian (Barcelona)

We are recruiting for the customer service of carsharing in Poblenou (Metro Marina or Bogatell) – 2 telemarketers for the Norwegian market.

Language requirements

• Native Norwegian with a good level of English.

Communication skills

• Good communication skills (written and oral)

IT skills

• Comfort with IT tools

Contract and schedule

We offer a permanent contract of 39 hours per week (stable position).

Monday to Sunday (2 weekends off per month)

8h-22h (2 rotating shifts from 8h to 17h and 13h to 22h)

Salary and bonuses

• Fixed of €1833,33.
• Presence bonus of €70.
• Rotation bonus of €70.
• Productivity bonus of €100.
• Total of €2073,33.
