Customer Service Agent with German (Madrid)

At Adecco, we are currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives for a leading company in the banking sector, providing services to the German market, to work from their offices in Madrid.

The selected candidate will join a customer service team dedicated to German customers, performing Front Desk functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service through phone, email, and chat.
• Handling inquiries and incidents related to banking services.
• Managing customer requests while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Working in shift‑based teams.

What We Offer:

• Temporary contract (6 months) through the company + permanent contract.
• Gross annual salary: €22,800 + €1,200 variable.
• Availability to work in one of the following shifts:
  1. Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00
  2. Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 24:00
  3. Night shift: 22:00 – 07:00
