Penerbit Education (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Customer Service Agent to support our growing online book business, primarily during night shifts and weekends. This role focuses on handling customer enquiries, order issues, and basic after-sales support for our TikTok Shop and online channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via TikTok Shop, and Shopee
- Answer common questions related to books, order status and returns
- Handle basic after-sales support and resolve simple customer issues.
- Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication with customers at all times
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate clearly and calmly in Malay (English is plus)
- Comfortable handling customer support through chat-based platforms
- Patient, responsible, and detail-oriented
